I need a station with less talk and less commercials.

I found 24/7 Continuous Music Sweden.

That should do it.

Time to walk the path less traveled.

This Swedish station is really good.  No DJ, no commercial, just good music.

Seek and you shall find.

In about a week I shall celebrate my birthday.  Looks like this is my best birthday gift ever.

With this radio station I am in COMPLETE cybernetic loop.

Today I stop Nicorette.

I stop ALL radio stations too; Traxx, Class 95 and Absolute Classic Rock.

This will be my station from now on.

So here is the deal.  I need to exercise to be in Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.  Without the exercise I simply rot.
