10/9/19 ###Oh my 16 days to go

I was in bed by 1:00 am but only managed to sleep at 3:30 am.  After a weird dream, I woke up before the alarm.

I'll do house chores today.  Lizzie is making noise since yesterday.

No more gout but cannot walk properly.

We may take it then that an army without its baggage train is lost; without provisions it is lost; without bases of supply it is lost.

I need money.  No money is despairing.

Only spend to advance ahead.  So far all purchases for war campaign are justified.

The ones that are not justified are my own personal purchases.  Purchases on supplements are not showing result.

I should not spend to enrich the sellers.  Also I should not spend on people who do not require to be pampered with gifts.  For this year and next no more spending except on Els.

I don't need to spend on myself if I don't:

• Go swimming
• Buy running shoes
• Spend on gadgets

Furthermore I need to get thin.  Then I fit in the old clothes.
