Given a choice I do want you to move next door. However the house had been bought this week. So we have to think of an alternative for you and Elsie. In this case a condo is not a bad idea. You have the swimming pool and I can use the tennis court.
I personally think that HOTS is *[]necessary. Like I said I just outline the what if scenarios. With HOTS comes additional responsibilities.

I will also take up the responsibility to take care of my parents. The rest are on need basis especially if they are sick or dead broke like Norlia. Even if they are dead broke I will help with food and basic necessity like lodging and transport until they can get back on their feet again. Medical, we go with insurance policy (just a thought) unless we fork out the medical bill.

Yayasan Jamal Moslim Al Farisi is not a social platform to help the needy. Only family members. Even that it is based on the interest earned from the RM10 million (RM600,00 per annum).
As I said, we ourselves will be spending on experiences rather than things. Hence, there are plenty of cash to spare. We follow Larry's model. We'll be frugal.
Let say we take out RM10 million for the Yayasan and RM30 million for our personal equity. We still have RM57 million to float. Hence we have RM3 million of interest per year to play with. If we keep to bare minimum we still can live like royalty spending on food and travel.
You girls will have a splendid time because you all in the age category. Lizzie and I can just go for creature comfort while we travel and you girls can explore together.
I don't hold back on my imagination. It's better to think about the good stuff than to follow the depressing news that's been going on.
If it happens we enjoy it, if not we already expanded our visions to a new level. Like I said, before this my imagination is only limited to RM10 million. Now it is 10 times more.

Do not be afraid to dream big Sarah. I call it Visioneering. Whatever I imagine is already real to me. Of course everything counts but nothing matters. Certainly Visioneering is our rights as humans. However, we live on the now. You get what I'm saying?
