Athlete4Life is about doing - ACTA NON VERBA.

I still think too much.  Thinking is effortless.  It doesn't require sweat.  Where else the life of an athlete requires me to be in motion.

OK then I go back to basic.  I need to be in isolation like what I did in 2014.  Just read, run and write.  In addition I think I better start listening to 247 Continuous more often.

No more Sound Journey beginning tonight.  I need to regulate my sleep again.  Here are my markers:

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am 
  2. Exercise in the morning 
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm 
  4. Do House Chores
  5. Exercise in the afternoon 
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm 
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

I will do it until I reach 65 kg at least by end of the year.

Come to think of it, once I make it in the 3 months, the next step is to pursue a 3 years goal.  This is pretty exciting.

What will I be in 3 years time?

First thing first.

October.  I have to start taking action.  No action no result.

It has to be NOW!

I got to stay focus.  NO DISTRACTION.

Actually my presupposition is right.  I should not be wasting time with Coolers.  A Cleaner stands alone.





I better read Solitude by Micheal Harris.  I need to be alone.  Just me and my Vision Quest.
