Basically October is the Red Line for us to cross to 2020.
I MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH MY DIET AND EXERCISE IF I WANT TO LOSE 30 KG BY END OF THIS YEAR.
Therefore I decided to RIP CORD TraXX for the whole year ending with October 2/10/19 Tweets. No more head games. I will only lock on to 247 Continuous UNTIL I achieve my goal of scaling Mount 57.
I had completed my mission with TraXX. Only after 1/1/2020 will I sign on back. Even that Els is a Unit Trust. No more Savings Account.
I will still try to make it to 2020 Marathon. I had that vision since 2016. I cannot let it go just like that.
For this year, this will be my Flight Path. I'll keep is as simple as possible. I'll make a Green Streak for the next 90 days beginning 1/10/19. No more thinking, I must do.
I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am
- Exercise in the morning
- Eat 16/8 starting 12:00 pm
- Do House Chores
- Exercise in the afternoon
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
So I need to be in isolation;
Otherwise I will miss my goal for 2019. I can't afford that.
