TraXX sure have very talented people working for them.

I wonder how is the recruitment process and what are their academic backgrounds.

Intelligence is the prerequisite for Knowledge Workers in a Learning Organization.

The best class I ever taught was 42 veterinarians from Malaysian Agriculture Research Development Institute (MARDI).  All were doctors.  I always like smart students.  I am good in teaching Chimpanzees.  That is my strength.  Lizzie cannot stand Monkeys but is comfortable with the extreme polarities.  So she requested to teach the Chimpanzees and Donkeys.

I can handle Monkeys but they play too much and they need humor in the lessons.  I don't like that.  Although I am a propagator of experiential learning, I normally very structured and methodological.  It will be Concept, Application and Reflection equally divided.

The Monkeys (the vast majority of the population in a bell curve) like things like corporate war games and team building.

I personally prefer proper classroom with tables and chairs half the class and an open space half of the back space.

I used to enjoy teaching much but after going through 200 classes with Sapura in 2 years, I burned out.  What I am doing right now is the best.

I am a thinker, not a talker or a doer.  Also I like being by myself.  You already know that don't you?

Now back to KG.  This guy is a reader.  However he reads novels.  I wanted to give him something.  I am tempted to give him this:

I'm sure he will appreciate it.  Still I am spending unnecessarily.

That is my problem.  I like to give.  To give I got to spend.  Well maybe I'll do it on his birthday next year:  16/8/20.

Who will I give the Greatest Show on Earth?  I need an evangelist.  OK I give it to Kong Eu/Rex Montis.

All are future plans. I cannot deplete my principal.  I'll wait for the interest from my deposit next year.

Aush sweater will be the most expensive.  Darn, I cannot afford it.  No no no...

After all I already gave him a book that he did not read.  Typical gym rat.

Still, the pleasure of giving to guys is not the same as giving to a girl.  The oxytocin doesn't kick in.

What is the strategic value then?  I need to give it a thought.  I don't want to spend unnecessarily.
