12/9/19 ^^^I got to manage my illness

I got to manage my excitement.  Otherwise I cannot self-restraint myself.  For example I wanted to publish my letter to Els in Dream of Mirrors and Facebook.  I also wanted to send the God and no God and Shaved Pussy Tweets to Els.  These are unnecessary.

Normally the hypomania happens at night.  By early morning I am OK again.

Even the This is Predestined Affinity is not necessary.  Too complex and doesn't add value.

Just be a Simple Man.

Note:  After some serious editing, I'll send her the email.

The lesson here is not to post anything at night and it is good to wait a few days to send any email or lengthy Tweets.

This 3 weeks SNAP VANISH is pretty therapeutic.  I now know that I can do away with Els.

I'll buy her all the 2020 gifts and that's it.  NO MORE gifts.
