The foot pain had subsided much. I am on medication to reduce the uric acid as for now.
I don't know what else to do. Whatever activity I thought of will lead me to either smoke cigarette or dope.

He's a cool guy but like I said Rex is a seasoned swordsman. He won't wield his sword aimlessly.
I guess that is the attitude of the announcers in general. They just want you to listen to their show. That's about it.
