27/9/19 ^^^DAY 1 My 7 Points of Winning begins today

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - woke up at 6:50 am
  2. Exercise in the morning - 1 hour Brisk Walk
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm - Ate at 11:00 am 
  4. Do House Chores - Ended sleeping
  5. Exercise in the afternoon - 1 hour Brisk Walk
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm 
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

Don't think, just do!

It's not that I am happy therefore I exercise, it's because I exercise therefore I'm happy.

I need to do at least 30 minutes.

Procrastination is the culprit.

The trick worked.  I aimed for 30 minutes and I pressed on every 10 minutes after that.

True enough the reward is after the shower.

Back to living in the now.  Actually my present is not bad at all.  I like it this way.  I can spent time on my own doing my own thing not having to deal with other people's matters.

I think I'll go for a Thai Happy Ending Massage today.

Darn, the shop closed.  That's the only I know with a happy ending Thai.

Therefore I decided to have an early lunch; nasi dagang with fish and tempe, Nescafe tarik and Buah Melaka.  Heavenly tasty.

I'm so glad I don't waste money on the stupid massage.  Here I am spending RM18 and I am in food heaven.

I also found a good spot to read at One Utama in the future.
