20/9/19 ^^^Let me briefly talk about Carte Blanc

I already talk in detail about Carte Blanc in the 7 Swords.  So here I will touch in brief about it for the benefit of TraXX.

Remember that we have 3 objectives to achieve along with our final destination the World of Hybrids:

• The introduction of Carte Blanc
• The use of recreational marijuana worldwide
• The passing of the Polygamy and Polyandry Bill

At present Carte Blanc is the direct responsibility of Larry Page.  Meaning that Sarah is also responsible to oversee its deployment.

Carte Blanc is in a form of wrist watch that all citizens of Sparta 4964 wear.

• Maybe Saline Reader (I don't know)

The currency of Sparta 4964 is sweat.  The more you sweat the higher the credit in your E Wallet.  Thus the Temperature Reader.  This can be traded for food and clothing (the basic amenities for the citizens to get by).  

That means those who exercise regularly and doing menial labor has more credit than a sedentary office worker.  Therefore it justifies for them to have more food and clothing.

It can also be use to rent a bike or a car even.

Big ticket items will still be based on some form of cashless currency.  In the future that can be considered as part of the widget in Carte Blanc.

The general idea is citizens of Sparta 4964 can venture to any remote locations without getting lost.  Pretty much what Garmin is doing right now.  However we add more bells and whistles th[]ough the widgets so that the weight should no be heavier than the top of the line Garmin watch.  Phone numbers are prerecorded and voice activated.  So no added buttons.

This is the heart of Sparta 4964.  Therefore its implementation i[n] STRICTLY BASED ON HONOR SYSTEM.  If caught cheating or abusing the Carte Blanc it is CAPITAL PUNISHMENT.  I am damn serious about it.  Without honor, the Carte Blanc will not achieve its goal; which is to eradicate famine and to create SPARTANS.  No compromise including counterfeits.  As long as you have limbs you can sweat.  No excuse.

The test bed will be those in military and medical field.  They are the early adopters of the technology.  They are also men and women of honor.

The Carte Blanc only works with the owner ONLY.  It is not interchangeable.  That means you need to logon every time you take it off.  Please remove while sleeping.  It will not monitor your sleep LOL.  I got a Garmin watch.  I don't even use the step counter and the sleep monitor.  Not even the heartbeat monitor.  Stick to the minimum.  For goodness sake, we don't want to create Gadget Geeks LMAO.

That also means you can wear other watches when you are not sweating.  I don't want to get rid the joy of wearing watches although I do wear TWO watches hahaha.
